There was an exciting wind shadow on the launch, but after some "110%" launches, we cruised around the side and went pinging up along the east facing Mopanui ridge. Lift was abundant and coming in cycles, allowing John and Guysy to make three or so visits each to Mihiwaka. The freezing temperatures however were the biggest challenge of the day, causing old and young to experience some decent physical agony.

Gold Card Members Day
Not a big turn out today, just one senior citizen and a couple of unemployed people. Fortunately there was a cranking East North/East to fly in as we didn't have the numbers for Bingo.
